Creative Analyzer 🚀

The Creative Analyzer helps you uncover which of your ads perform best — so you can scale what works and replace what doesn’t. Connect your ad account, view performance by creative, and generate new test variations powered by AI.

Before you start

  • Availability: Currently in BETA for Meta Ads accounts.
  • Plans:
  • Grow plan: Connect 1 Meta Ad Account.
  • Scale plan: Connect up to 5 Meta Ad Accounts.
  • Permissions: You must connect at least one Facebook Ad Account.
  • Navigation: From the left sidebar, select Analysis → Creative Analyzer.
  • Time needed: 2–3 minutes to review or test new creatives.

Step-by-step

  2. Sign in with your Facebook credentials and grant GetHookd access.
  3. Once connected, your active campaigns and ads will appear automatically.

2. Set your optimization goal

  1. In the Optimize my dropdown, choose one of:
  • ROAS + CPA (default)
  • ROAS only
  • CPA only
  1. Set your success target — e.g., ROAS 10×, Ad spend $100.
  2. Click Add target to apply.

3. Review ad performance

  1. Scroll to All creatives — this table lists every ad from your connected account.
  2. Columns include ROAS, CPA, Impressions, Reach, Clicks, Spend, and Revenue.
  3. Toggle between Cards or Table view in the top-right corner.

Tip: Use this view to benchmark similar creatives or test ad copy performance.

5. Take action with underperforming ads

The Actions panel below suggests next steps:

  • Review low-performing ads with 0 ROAS or high CPA.
  • Click Generate new AI Image Ads to create optimized variations instantly.

This opens AI Image Ads, where you can produce new versions of the same concept with different visuals.

Troubleshooting

  • No data showing: Confirm your Meta Ad Account is connected and has active campaigns.
  • Spend or clicks missing: Data sync from Meta may be delayed by several hours.
  • “0x ROAS” or “$0 CPA” despite activity: Ads may still be in Meta review or lack attributed revenue.
  • Can't connect account: Disconnect and reconnect using a fresh Meta login.

FAQs

  • Q: What does “Win rate” mean?

A: Win rate shows the average percentage of ads that are active, have spent money, and meet your defined success target (based on ROAS and/or CPA).

  • Q: How often does data update?

A: Every few hours — aligned with Meta Ads Manager refresh cycles.

  • Q: Can I connect multiple ad accounts?

A: Yes. The Grow plan allows 1 account, while Scale allows up to 5.

  • Q: Can I compare different ad accounts?

A: Not yet — comparison across accounts will be available in a later release.

  • Q: Will my targets save automatically?

A: Yes — they persist until manually removed or changed.

Notes & limits

  • Beta feature: Some metrics may display zeros if the Meta API doesn’t return real-time data.
  • Performance variance: Metrics may differ slightly from Ads Manager due to delayed sync.
  • Supported platforms: Facebook and Instagram Ads only (for now).
