Creative Analyzer 🚀
The Creative Analyzer helps you uncover which of your ads perform best — so you can scale what works and replace what doesn’t. Connect your ad account, view performance by creative, and generate new test variations powered by AI.
Before you start
- Availability: Currently in BETA for Meta Ads accounts.
- Plans:
- Grow plan: Connect 1 Meta Ad Account.
- Scale plan: Connect up to 5 Meta Ad Accounts.
- Permissions: You must connect at least one Facebook Ad Account.
- Navigation: From the left sidebar, select Analysis → Creative Analyzer.
- Time needed: 2–3 minutes to review or test new creatives.
Step-by-step
1. Connect your ad account
- Click Connect Account in the top-right corner.
- Sign in with your Facebook credentials and grant GetHookd access.
- Once connected, your active campaigns and ads will appear automatically.
2. Set your optimization goal
- In the Optimize my dropdown, choose one of:
- ROAS + CPA (default)
- ROAS only
- CPA only
- Set your success target — e.g., ROAS 10×, Ad spend $100.
- Click Add target to apply.
3. Review ad performance
- Scroll to All creatives — this table lists every ad from your connected account.
- Columns include ROAS, CPA, Impressions, Reach, Clicks, Spend, and Revenue.
- Toggle between Cards or Table view in the top-right corner.
4. Compare and benchmark creatives
- Select 2–5 ads using the left checkboxes.
- Their combined results appear in Selected ads performance.
5. Take action with underperforming ads
The Actions panel below suggests next steps:
- Review low-performing ads with 0 ROAS or high CPA.
- Click Generate new AI Image Ads to create optimized variations instantly.

Troubleshooting
- No data showing: Confirm your Meta Ad Account is connected and has active campaigns.
- Spend or clicks missing: Data sync from Meta may be delayed by several hours.
- “0x ROAS” or “$0 CPA” despite activity: Ads may still be in Meta review or lack attributed revenue.
- Can't connect account: Disconnect and reconnect using a fresh Meta login.
FAQs
- Q: What does “Win rate” mean?
A: Win rate shows the average percentage of ads that are active, have spent money, and meet your defined success target (based on ROAS and/or CPA).
- Q: How often does data update?
A: Every few hours — aligned with Meta Ads Manager refresh cycles.
- Q: Can I connect multiple ad accounts?
A: Yes. The Grow plan allows 1 account, while Scale allows up to 5.
- Q: Can I compare different ad accounts?
A: Not yet — comparison across accounts will be available in a later release.
- Q: Will my targets save automatically?
A: Yes — they persist until manually removed or changed.
Notes & limits
- Beta feature: Some metrics may display zeros if the Meta API doesn’t return real-time data.
- Performance variance: Metrics may differ slightly from Ads Manager due to delayed sync.
- Supported platforms: Facebook and Instagram Ads only (for now).
