π³ Credits System Explained
Viewing Your Available Credits
- Your current credit balance is always visible in the app sidebar. This allows you to easily keep track of how many credits you have remaining and plan your usage accordingly.
- Look for the credits counter in the sidebar - it shows the credits you have left wherever you are in the app, and opens your credit options when you click it.
How Credits Are Used
Each credit type is linked to a specific feature. For example:
- Brand Spy β Uses 2 credits per brand spied.
- AI Scripts β Uses 5 credits when generating new scripts.
- Clone Ads β 1β2 credits per image variation, depending on the model you choose (e.g. 4 variations on the default Nano Banana Pro = 8 credits).
- Transcription β Free. Transcribing an ad doesn't use any credits.
When you perform an action that requires credits, the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance automatically.
Monitor Your Credits Balance
In Settings β Credits & Usage, you get the full picture of every credit your workspace has spent.
Three cards at the top give you the quick answer:
- Current balance β how many credits you have left, and how many your plan includes each month.
- Used this month β what you've spent so far this calendar month, compared against the same point last month, so you can tell whether you're speeding up or slowing down.
- Resets on β the date your monthly credits refresh, along with your plan name and monthly allowance.
Underneath, the Daily usage chart breaks your spending down day by day. Each bar is one day, and the colours separate:
- Credits spent β everything used across the app.
- API & AI Agent β the part of that spending that came through the Public API or the AI Agent.
- Top-ups β credits you added by buying a pack.
Below the chart, Transactions lists every single charge, newest first: when it happened, which feature it was for, who on your team performed it, how many credits it cost, and the balance you were left with.
You can narrow that list down:
- Use the All features dropdown to focus on just one feature, like Brand Spy.
- Use the date picker to choose any range you like, then click Done. This filters the chart above too, so the two always match.
- Click Export CSV to download the filtered list as a spreadsheet.
Not sure what something costs before you use it? Click see what actions cost at the top of the page for the full price list of every action in the product.
To get there: open your account menu, click Settings, then click Credits & Usage.
Adding more Credits
If you run out of credits before your billing cycle renews, you can easily purchase additional credit packages from Settings β Credits & Usage. These packages are added instantly to your balance and can be used across all features, just like your plan credits.
Available options:
- Mini Pack β 100 credits for $20
- Boost Pack β 300 credits for $50
- Mega Pack β 600 credits for $100
π‘ The larger the package, the lower the cost per credit.
β οΈ Important: All credit pack purchases are one-time and non-recurring. Just like your plan credits, these additional credits must be used within the same billing cycle β unused credits will not roll over.
To purchase a package:
- Click the Buy credits button at the top of the Credits & Usage page
- Choose a package that suits you
- Click "Add Credits"
β οΈ Important:
- Credits from your subscription plan do not roll over to the next billing cycle β any unused credits are reset when your cycle renews.
- Credits purchased as additional packages also do not roll over β they must be used within the same billing cycle they were bought.
What Happens to Your Credits If You Cancel
If you cancel your subscription, you wonβt lose your remaining credits right away. Youβll keep full access to the app and can continue using your remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle β the period youβve already paid for.
Once that billing period ends, your plan closes and any unused credits are no longer available. Since credits donβt carry over to a new cycle, itβs a good idea to use them up before your billing period runs out.
