⚠️ Manage Your Annual Subscription

GetHookd.ai offers annual subscription plans designed to provide users with a cost-effective way to access our comprehensive suite of advertising tools for an entire year. This guide will help you understand how to manage your annual subscription, providing you with continuous access to our features and saving opportunities compared to monthly billing.


How to Subscribe to an Annual Plan


  1. Select Your Plan: Navigate to the 'Plans' page on GetHookd.ai.


  1. Choose the Annual Option: The Plans page opens on Monthly pricing. Click Yearly in the switch at the top to see the annual plans and their savings.


  1. Choose Your Plan: Click the button under the option that best fits your needs — it reads 'Start 7-day free trial' when a free trial applies, or 'Get Started' when it doesn't — and follow the prompts to complete the subscription process.


  1. Confirm the selection: Once you've chosen your plan, a popup will appear so you can double-check that everything looks right. Review the details and click 'Confirm & subscribe' to continue.


  1. Enter Payment Information: A secure Stripe payment form opens — either right inside GetHookd.ai or on Stripe's own checkout page, depending on where you started. Simply enter your card details in the form.


Please note that GetHookd.ai processes payments securely through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.


  1. Confirm your payment: Review your information and click the button at the bottom of the form to finalize your subscription.


  1. Plan Activation: Once done, head back to the Plans page and you'll see your active plan clearly marked as 'Your current plan'.


Managing Your Subscription


  • View Your Plan Details: Access the 'Manage Subscription' section under your account settings to see your current plan and renewal date.


Upgrade or Downgrade: Adjust your plan as your needs change. Changes made on the Plans page take effect immediately, whether you move up or down, and the confirmation step shows what you'll pay or be refunded before you confirm.


  • Upgrade: To upgrade your subscription, simply click the 'Upgrade' button on the higher tier and the change will be done automatically.


  • Downgrade: To downgrade, click the 'Downgrade' button on the lower tier and confirm the action. Keep in mind that the change applies as soon as you confirm; the confirmation step shows any amount that will be refunded for the unused time on your current plan.


Billing and Renewal


  • Annual Billing: Your payment method will be charged once a year on the date you subscribed.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each year.
