GetHookd.ai offers a range of subscription plans designed to cater to different marketing needs, from generating high-converting ad scripts to comprehensive competitor analysis. This guide will help you understand how to subscribe to a plan, manage your subscription, and utilize the available options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as per your requirements.

Free Trial and Subscription Process



3-Day Free Trial: Every new user at GetHookd.ai is eligible for a 3-day free trial, which provides full access to all the features of the platform, except the Brand Spy one. This trial period is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of what GetHookd.ai has to offer without any commitment.

No Credit Card Required: The free trial does not require a credit card, allowing you to explore our services without any upfront financial commitment.

Choosing and Subscribing to a Plan



Navigate to the Plans Page: Click on the 'Choose Plan' section from the main navigation menu to view available subscription options.

Review the plans options: Review the features and benefits of each plan displayed on the Plans page. Plans such as 'Creative Starter,' 'Creative Master,' and 'Done-for-you creatives' offer varying levels of access to GetHookd.ai tools.
Choose a Plan: Click the 'Choose plan' button under the plan that best suits your marketing needs.

Confirm the selection: Once you've chosen the plan, a popup will appear to confirm the selection. Please, make sure to review the right selection and click on 'Continue".

Enter Payment Information: After selecting your plan, you will be prompted to Stripe's dashboard to enter your payment details.

Please note that GetHookd.ai processes payments securely through Stripe.

Confirm your payment: Review your information and click on the 'Pay and Subscribe' button to finalize the subscription.

Plan Activation: Once done, go back to the Plans page and you will see the "Choose Plan' button on your active plan disabled and renamed to 'Your Plan'.

After Subscription



You can start using the full range of features available under your chosen plan immediately after the subscription is processed. You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription.

Upgrade Your Subscription



Choose the plan you wish to upgrade to. The plan button will be renamed to 'Upgrade' instead of 'Choose Plan'.


Billing Adjustment: The cost difference will be adjusted based on the amount difference between your old and current plan.


If you decide to upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change is applied immediately. You will gain instant access to additional features according to the new plan.

Downgrade Your Subscription



If you wish to downgrade your subscription, just click on the 'Downgrade' button on the plan you wish to continue with.



When you choose to downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
The downgrade to a lower-tier plan takes effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
You will retain access to your current plan’s features until the cycle ends, after which the features of the lower-tier plan will become available.

Cancellation Process



You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do that, execute the following steps:

From the Plans page, click on 'Cancel subscription'


When you are redirected to Stripe's dashboard, confirm the cancellation. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email in the email box associated with your account.


Go back to the Plans page. You will see that all the plans options are again available.

The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, allowing you full access to your plan’s features until then.

Renewals and Billing



Monthly Billing Cycle: All subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.
Separate Invoices: For subscription fees and any additional charges, separate invoices will be issued for better financial tracking.
