❇️ Promo Codes

Promo codes let you unlock discounts or extended trial periods when upgrading or renewing your plan. You can apply them directly on the Plans page or during Stripe checkout.


Before you start

  • Promo codes are case-sensitive.
  • Each code can only be applied once per workspace.
  • Codes may provide either:
  • a percentage discount (e.g., 50% off for the first month), or
  • extended trial days (e.g., 7 extra days).
  • Only one promo code can be active at a time.


How to apply a promo code


Option 1: On the Plans page

  1. Go to Settings → Pricing Plans or visit your Plans page.
  2. Click I have a promo code under the pricing cards.
  3. Enter your code and click Apply.
  4. You’ll see a confirmation message — “Promo code applied!” — and the prices will update automatically.
  5. The discount or trial extension will be reflected immediately in your plan selection.


Option 2: During Stripe checkout

  1. When proceeding to payment, the Stripe checkout page will open.
  2. At the top-right corner, click Add promotion code.
  3. Enter your promo code → click Apply.
  4. The updated price or trial length appears before confirming payment.



Success check

  • A green confirmation message appears (“Promo code applied!”).
  • The plan pricing updates or displays the discounted total.
  • On checkout, the discount is visible in Stripe before you confirm payment.



FAQs

  • Q: Can I combine multiple promo codes?

A: No, only one promo code can be active per workspace.


  • Q: Do promo codes expire?

A: Yes — expiration depends on the specific campaign. If a code doesn’t work, it may have expired.


  • Q: Can I remove or change a promo code?

A: Yes. Click Remove next to the applied code, then re-enter another one.


  • Q: Will discounts renew automatically?

A: No. Promo codes apply only to the billing period or trial defined in the offer.



Notes & limits

  • Discounts apply only to the plan price, not to additional credit packs.
  • Codes are valid only for subscriptions created within the active promo campaign.
  • You’ll still need an active payment method for verification.
