How to Invite Someone:

1. Go to the left-side menu
2. Click your profile icon

3. Select "Invite to Workspace"

4. Enter the email of the person you want to invite

📩 Accepting Invitations

• Email & Notification: Invited users receive an email invitation and also see it in the sidebar when logged in.
• Direct Access: Once accepted, they gain full access to the shared resources and tools.

🔁 What If the Invitee Doesn't Have a GetHookd Account?

If the person you invited hasn't registered yet, here's what happens:

1. They receive the workspace invitation email.
2. Upon clicking "Accept Invite", they'll be redirected to the registration page.
3. After signing up, they'll go through the regular onboarding flow.
4. When they land on the Choose a Plan step, they must click on the workspace switcher at the top right and select the invited workspace.
5. This will let them skip the plan selection step and enter the shared workspace directly — no subscription required on their end.

👥 Managing Workspace Members

• View Members: See all workspace members from the settings panel.
• Remove Members: Owners can remove users to maintain a focused and collaborative space.

❓ FAQs

I joined a team workspace — can I cancel my personal subscription?

Yes! If you've been invited to a team workspace, the workspace owner's subscription covers everyone on the team. You don't need your own active subscription to access the team workspace. You can cancel your personal plan and simply switch to the team workspace from the workspace switcher in the top right corner.

Will I still be able to access the team workspace after cancelling my personal subscription?

Absolutely. Access to a team workspace is based on your membership, not your personal subscription. As long as the workspace owner has an active plan and you're still a member, you'll have full access to all the shared features, credits, Swipe File, Brand Spy, and AI tools within that workspace.

What happens to my personal workspace if I cancel?

Your personal workspace will still exist, but you'll lose access to paid features on it once your billing period ends. Any ads you've saved in your personal Swipe File will remain there — you just won't be able to use premium features like Clone Ads or Brand Spy from your personal workspace. The team workspace is unaffected.

Who pays for credits on a team workspace?

Credits are managed at the workspace level by the owner. When you use credits inside a team workspace (e.g., Clone Ads, AI Video), they come from the workspace owner's credit pool — not from any personal balance.
